NAIMS Workshop - 2024 - Imaging Barriers of the CNS

The North American Imaging in Multiple Sclerosis Cooperative (NAIMS) Workshop took place Wednesday, February 28 at the Hilton West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida. The workshop was hosted ahead of the ACTRIMS Forum 2024, February 29-March 2, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center and Hilton West Palm Beach.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide a review of the structure, function, and physiology of CNS blood barriers, how these are affected in multiple sclerosis, and opportunities to use neuroimaging to better understand disease progression and therapeutic intervention in MS. The workshop is targeted towards neurologists and radiologists interested in MRI for clinical research/clinical practice, as well as MRI physicists and image processing scientists interested in developing novel techniques applicable to neuroimaging in MS.
